What:
Wing City is a community wide public art exhibit attempting to set a Guinness Book of World Records as the largest Wing Mural Public Art Exhibition. Great photo-op and selfie opportunities!

Nov. 16th – Nov. 29th.

Who can enter:
Anyone can enter who lives in the City of Sanford! Whether you are a business or a student, regardless of your experience, we encourage you to be a part of the City Wide Guinness Record challenge!
Assistance:
Mural paint kits are available at an affordable price or use your own. Each kit is complete with canvas, paints, brushes, instructions, and a workshop can be scheduled if you need extra help or a location to paint. Call 407-416-1779. Groups will be socially distanced and small. Workshop location is at The Community Art Center located at the Historic Hopper Academy Building, 1101 Pine Ave, Sanford.

Rules and Guidelines for submissions:
Deadline for completed installed mural November 15th.
Murals must be dimensional, a minimum size of 4×4 ft, maximum of 20’x20’. Paint on canvas is preferred for easy installation and weather resistance. However, other materials (must be pre-approved) may be used including fence panels and plywood sheets, windows.
All artwork must be created by hand. The entry must be conceptualized and designed by the applicant. No copyright infringement, no digital.
Murals must not include vulgarity, political content, or offensive content.
