Marina Isle Waterfront Assisted Living Welcomes New Residents, April 2020
This week was the official grand opening of Marina Isle Waterfront Assisted Living Community and it has opened its doors to awaiting new residents. This resort-style assisted living facility boasts gorgeous lakefront views and first-class accommodations for its residents.
Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Monroe, Marina Isle Waterfront Assisted Living welcomed its first residents on Monday, April 27, 2020. This brand new 55,000 square foot, 115-bed, 4-story resort-style community will offer:
- Lakefront views with indoor and outdoor recreation areas
- Luxury amenities including: in-house physical therapy center, on-site barbershop and beauty salon as well as a gardening center
- Bistro featuring curated selections of coffee, beer & wine
- Movie theater room complete with snacks
- First-class dining options prepared by in-house chef
With top-notch professional staff, Marina Isle will create over 75 new jobs in Sanford. This spectacularly manicured facility with its stunning landscape was all made possible by using local contractors and businesses.
“We knew it was important to collaborate with local companies to make this dream a reality. Our hope was to create a luxurious senior assisted living community right here in Sanford and encompass the collaboration mindset that this area values. The local builders, craftsmen, contractors and business community really rallied together to make this facility the best of its kind. This grand opening really has been a community effort,” explains Danielle Wolfrum, Marketing Director for Marina Isle.
