One of Historic Downtown Sanford’s most popular annual events is coming back this spring for another year of enjoying pints with your pooches and guests can expect to get plenty of bark for their buck.
On March 23 from 1 to 6 p.m. craft beer and charity come together in Historic Downtown Sanford at the 12th Annual Sanford Pints n’ Paws Craft Beer Festival to benefit local animal rescues.
Hosted by The West End Trading Co., Celery City Craft, Wild Wild West End and Historic Downtown Sanford®, this pet-friendly event features craft beer from nearly 100 breweries, over a dozen food trucks, live music and most importantly, lots and lots of dogs.
Over the past eleven years, Pints n’ Paws has grown to become the premier craft beer festival in Central Florida. Last year’s event raised a historic $115,000 and the proceeds went directly to local animal charities. During the event’s history, Pints n’ Paws has raised over $600,000 for our furry friends in need.
Attendees are encouraged to browse the festival with their dogs, enjoy the craft brews and shop local as they explore the festival.
“Our local animal rescues are such an important part of our community, and everyone loves to come together to support them and all of the amazing animals in need of homes every year,” said Paul Williams, owner of The West End Trading Company. “We’re excited to see everyone come back this year for another great event with delicious beer, food and fun with our furry friends.”
“We’re going to have dozens of craft brews to choose from, so beer lovers from all over Central Florida can sample everything from stouts to ciders and find a new favorite drink!” said Celery City Craft owner Shane Hardenbrook.
The event begins at 1 p.m. and is free for everyone to attend and enjoy. Guests who purchase general admission tickets receive free samples of all craft beer. Advance general admission tickets are on sale now for $50. VIP Tickets are available in advance for $65 and include early entry into the event, free samples of all craft beer, a commemorative t-shirt and a koozie. Guests must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online and can be printed or picked up at will call on the day of the event. To learn more about the event, visit pintsandpaws.com.
