Here’s a quick quiz … what day is today?!?! Yeah, we don’t know either!
These times are strange, and the best way to feel normal is to help support Historic Downtown Sanford and pick up some great beers! The Sanford Brew Crew decided to hit up a couple of bottle shops in our great town and find out what deals are out there, and BOY, did we find some!
Our first stop was at Celery City Craft. If you know Sanford, then you know Celery City, home to an awesome variety of craft beer! Right now you can get a six-pack for only $20! We picked up a few beauties, such as Untitled Arts’ Lemon Meringue IPA, Crooked Stave’s Amplitude DDH IPA and The Duck-Rabbit’s Baltic Porter. We cannot wait to pour these bad boys.
They’re also offering 2-4-1 growler fills. What is super-awesome is they will be offering to-go speciality cocktails soon. The details will be coming shortly, so make sure you follow Celery City Craft on Facebook for that announcement and for their latest hours.

Next we went to Tuffy’s Bottle Shop & Lounge. We know it’s in the name but did you even know that Tuffy’s had a bottle shop? Well they do and they keep it stocked with the hottest beer on the market right now, and their prices cannot be beat. Even when there is no Corona funk out there.
Right now you can get 10% off of whatever is in the bottle shop, which includes some top-shelf liquor, and, of course, craft beers and ciders. They are also doing growler fills; $15 for a 64 ounce fill, except for Central 28’s Old Monroe. That beer, coming in at 9% ABV, can be filled in a 64-ounce growler for only $18. The Sanford Brew Crew picked up some cans to enjoy, like Locust Cider’s Vanilla Bean Hard Cider, Caple Rd’s English Hard Cider and Urban Artifact’s Woodbreaker, which is a fruit tart.
